Welcome to CharmCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit getcharmcraft.com or place an order with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, email support@getcharmcraft.com.

1. Our products

CharmCraft sells custom-molded soft PVC products, including custom keychains (with an optional NFC chip upgrade), shoe charms, bag charms and 3D PVC patches, as well as ready-made items. Product photos and mockups are for illustration. Because each item is custom-molded from PVC, small variations in color, size and finish may occur.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown on our product pages and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout.
  • Mockup approval is not required before payment. Your digital mockup is emailed to you after your order is placed.
  • We may decline or cancel any order, for example if artwork appears to infringe someone's rights, contains inappropriate content, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll issue a full refund.

3. Mockups and approval

For custom orders, we email you a free digital mockup, typically within 24-48 hours of your order. You may request free revisions. Production begins only after you approve the mockup. Please review it carefully: your approved mockup is the final reference for your order, including spelling, colors, size and layout.

4. Your artwork

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it on merchandise.
  • You are responsible for any claims arising from artwork you provide.
  • You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it only to create your mockup and produce your order.
  • We never resell customer artwork.

5. Production and shipping

Production typically takes about 5-7 business days after mockup approval, and tracked shipping typically takes about 5-8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Cancellations, refunds and remakes

You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. Defective items, or items that don't match your approved mockup, are eligible for a free remake or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. NFC products

NFC-enabled keychains work with compatible smartphones that have NFC turned on. Performance can vary by device, phone case and settings. You are responsible for the content of any link you choose to share through an NFC chip.

8. Our content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, ready-made designs, logos and our husky mascot, belongs to CharmCraft and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CharmCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Product use

Our products contain small parts and are not intended as toys for young children. Please use them as intended and keep small items away from children who may put them in their mouths.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.
