Getting your artwork to us is quick and easy. You don't need to be a professional designer, and you don't need perfect files. Send us what you have and our designers will turn it into a free digital mockup for you to review.
Option 1: Upload on the product page
This is the fastest way to get started.
- Open the custom product you want, such as a keychain, shoe charm, bag charm or patch.
- Choose your options (size, backing, quantity or NFC upgrade, where available).
- Use the upload field on the page to attach your artwork file.
- Add any notes for our designers, like colors, text or which parts should be raised.
- Add to cart and complete checkout.
After your order is placed, our designers prepare your free mockup and email it to you, typically within 24-48 hours.
Option 2: Reply to your order email
Forgot to attach a file, or want to send a better version? No problem. Simply reply to your order confirmation email with your artwork attached, or email us at support@getcharmcraft.com and include your order number so we can match it up.
Accepted file formats
- PNG - great for most designs, especially with a transparent background.
- JPG - fine for photos and sketches.
- SVG - a vector format that keeps lines crisp at any size.
- PDF - works well, especially when exported from design software.
- AI - Adobe Illustrator files are welcome.
- EPS - another vector format we're happy to work with.
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF) give the cleanest results, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files work great too.
Tips for the best results
Go big on resolution
Upload the largest, sharpest version of your image you have. Blurry or tiny images are harder to trace accurately.
Keep it simple
Bold shapes, clear outlines and solid colors look amazing in soft PVC. Very fine details may be simplified so they mold cleanly.
Tell us about your colors
If you have specific brand colors or Pantone codes, mention them in your notes. We'll match as closely as possible.
Check your text
Double-check spelling, names and dates before you upload. Small text may need to be enlarged for readability.
Sketches are welcome
Have a hand-drawn idea or a photo of your pet? Send it over with a description and our designers will help shape it into a design that works.
What happens next
- We review your artwork and create a free digital mockup.
- You'll receive the mockup by email, typically within 24-48 hours.
- Request free revisions until you're happy.
- Once you approve, production takes about 5-7 business days, followed by tracked shipping.
