Is the design mockup really free?
Yes. Your custom order includes a free digital mockup. Place and pay for your order first, then our designers email your mockup, typically within 24–48 hours. Revisions are free, and production begins after you approve the design.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum! Order just 1 piece — perfect for gifts, samples, and personal use.
How long does production take?
Custom products: 5–7 business days after mockup approval. Ready-made products: 3–5 business days. Plus shipping time to your country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 44 countries. All orders include tracking.
What file format should I send for custom designs?
Any format works — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or even a photo of a sketch. Higher resolution is better, but we can work with anything.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Absolutely — with no minimum order, just order 1 piece as your sample.
What is your return policy?
Custom items are made to your approved design. Change-of-mind returns are not available once production starts. If your order arrives defective, incorrect or noticeably different from the approved mockup, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a remake or refund. Which custom PVC product should I choose?
- Custom PVC keychains: For logos, gifts, team merchandise and an optional NFC upgrade.

Can I use a pet photo or a rough sketch?
Yes. Upload your photo or sketch with your design notes. Soft PVC uses raised layers and solid colors, so fine details, shading and gradients may need to be simplified. Review the proposed result in your digital mockup before production. See our artwork guidelines.
