At CharmCraft, we love bringing original ideas to life. Whether it's your own drawing, your business logo or a portrait of your pet, we treat your artwork with care. This page explains what we expect when you submit artwork and how we handle your files.
You must have the rights to your artwork
When you upload or send artwork to us, you confirm that:
- You created the artwork yourself, or
- You own the rights to it (for example, it's your company's logo), or
- You have clear permission from the owner to reproduce it on merchandise.
This includes logos, characters, illustrations, photos, fonts used as artwork, and brand names. If you're not sure whether you have the rights, it's best to check with the owner before ordering.
Designs we may decline
To respect creators and brands, we may decline or cancel an order that we believe:
- Uses trademarks, logos or brand names without permission.
- Copies copyrighted characters, artwork or photos without authorization.
- Uses a person's name or likeness in a way that may require their consent.
- Contains hateful, harassing, violent or otherwise inappropriate content.
If we have to decline an order before production starts, we'll let you know and issue a full refund. We may also ask for proof of permission before moving forward.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the artwork you submit. If a claim is made that a design you provided infringes someone else's rights, you agree that responsibility lies with you, not CharmCraft. Reviewing an order or producing a mockup does not mean we have verified the rights to a design.
How we use your files
- Only for your order: your artwork is used solely to create your mockup and produce your items.
- Never resold: we never sell, license or reuse your designs for other customers or products.
- Not for marketing without permission: we won't feature your custom design in our marketing unless you give us permission.
- You keep ownership: submitting artwork to us doesn't transfer any rights to CharmCraft.
Reporting a concern
If you believe a product on our store or a design we've produced infringes your intellectual property, please email support@getcharmcraft.com with:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the work you believe is being infringed.
- Where you saw the item (for example, a link to the product page).
- A statement that the information you've provided is accurate and that you're the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
We take every report seriously and will review it promptly.
Our ready-made designs
The designs in our ready-made collection belong to CharmCraft. Please don't copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our permission.
